For more than 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people make one of life’s biggest transitions—finding the right home and community in the city or suburbs of Chicago. My journey started at age 13, when my own family relocated here. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for supporting others through the challenges and opportunities that come with moving.

Throughout my career, I’ve built and led real estate teams specializing in corporate relocation—working with both domestic and global clients to ensure every move feels seamless. Today, I serve as a corporate relocation strategist and licensed managing broker with Baird & Warner, Chicago’s largest independent and locally owned real estate company. I’m also the founder and president of Relocation Decisions, an executive support and destination services firm that helps professionals and their families land smoothly in their new city.

Along the way, I’ve been honored to serve in leadership roles across the industry, including Chairman of the Worldwide ERC® Board of Directors in 2019 and President of the Relocation Directors Council (RDC®). Being inducted into the Worldwide ERC® Hall of Leaders remains one of my proudest career milestones.

Chicago isn’t just where I work—it’s a passion for me. My husband, Bob, and I raised our two daughters here, living in both the city and suburbs. That personal perspective, combined with decades of professional experience, allows me to bring empathy, expertise, and a true local’s insight to every client I serve.
